POWERMECH supply Crane Bottom Hook Pulley Block Assembly in various capacity ranging from 1 ton up to 100 ton suitable for EOT Cranes, Gantry Cranes, Electric Wire Rope Hoists, Overhead Cranes, Tower Cranes, Crane Bottom Hook Block Assembly with safety latch is manufactured as per crane safe working load, wire rope diameter, Crane wire rope size, Crane rope sheave pulley and application and type of industry.
Crane swivelling hook is made of high strength and high resistance forged steel and is fitted with crossbar for swivelling of 360 degree or 190 degree as per customer requirement.
Crane Shank Hook is supplied as per IS: 3815/1969 and Ramshorn Hook IS: 5749/1970.
Before supply, Crane Bottom Hook Block Assembly is also subjected to load test in a Government approved Test House under DOCK WORKERS (SAFETY, HEALTH AND WELFARE) REGULATIONS, 1990 and a Test Certificate is issued.
Chemical Test Results, Physical Test Results, Ultrasonic Examination Report for Crane hook, Load Certificate from Government Approved Test House as per Dock Workers (Safety, Health and Welfare) Regulation 1990 for Crane bottom hook pulley block assembly is provided at the time of supply.
In case of replacement of Crane bottom hook pulley block assembly, we require following details:
• Crane Capacity in Ton
• Safe Working Load
• Wire rope diameter
• Number of Pulleys
• Number of Wire rope falls
• Pulley diameter
• Pulley Cover type: Half or Full cover.
In addition, Crane hook, Crane hook (machined) with nut, Crane hook Safety latch with spring and nut, Crane hook Safety latch with clamp, Crane rope sheave pulley is also supplied for Crane Bottom Hook Block Assembly.
