SafeTrack insulated conductors are designed in accordance to international regulations for multitude of power supply applications such as EOT Cranes, Monorail Hoists for straight / curved path, Transfer Cars, Electric trolleys, Bus trucking, Amusement Parks, etc.

These conductors are compact, insulated, easy to install, in horizontal or vertical configuration. They require much less space compared to conventional Angle Iron / Bare conductor systems.

The rolled conductor bars are 4 or 4.5 meters long, depending upon the model, to be supported at every 1 meter, effecting considerable savings in installation. Conductors are easily assembled at site with the use of a jointing tool. All bars are supplied with connecting pins.

Design allows uni pole or multi pole mounting arrangement. Conductors can be mounted side by side with minimum centre distance of 30mm minimum for indoor and 40mm minimum for outdoor.

MOUNTING: Insulated hanger clamps support conductor. Standard mounting brackets are available or designed for specific requirement. The conductor can be mounted horizontally or vertically. No minimum clearance required with other structures.

FEED TERMINALS: The power feed point can be at the ends or anywhere along the run. One or more power feed point positions possible to reduce voltage drop. Feed terminal clamps should preferably be installed at rail joints.

END CAPS: The open ends / end feeds of conductors are covered by end caps.

CURRENT COLLECTOR: A fully articulated sliding type collector assembled from strong, purpose designed, glass filled nylon moulding. This design produces compact unit fully insulated from the support bracket. S.S Spring ensures adequate contact pressure.

EXPANSION JOINTS: In order to accommodate the effects of temperature change, it is necessary to provide expansion joints, where system run exceeds 200meters for G.I and 150meters for Copper.

INSTALLATION: Safetrack can be installed in most type of atmospheres such as dirty, dusty, acidic, chemical etc. No crane gantry is perfectly free or level, Safetrack acknowledges this fact by designing adequate lateral/vertical tolerances on collector.

Suitable for outdoor applications also.

MAINTENANCE COST: Only consumable item is contact shoe. No periodic maintenance is required.
